Three of the four coins Anubis accepts write a permanent public record. They do not all write the same one, and the differences are worth understanding before choosing.
Public chains are not equally readable
Bitcoin and Litecoin move discrete outputs. A careful user generates a fresh receiving address per payment, which does not hide anything but does avoid trivially linking unrelated transactions. Ethereum uses accounts, where one address holds a balance and every transaction hangs off the same identifier. Reuse is the default rather than a mistake.
What that means in practice
On Bitcoin, connecting two of your payments requires work. On Ethereum, they are connected by construction unless you deliberately use separate addresses, and even then a funding transaction between them relinks the pair. That makes Ethereum the weakest of the four on this measure despite being the fastest.
What Monero does differently
It does not obscure the record, it declines to produce one. Ring signatures blend the spend with decoys, stealth addresses mean the chain never shows the recipient real address, and confidential transactions hide the amount. There is nothing to analyse later because nothing was written.
Why this outlasts everything else
Passwords change, addresses rotate, markets end. A ledger entry does none of those things. It sits there, and its usefulness to somebody examining it can increase over time as other data becomes available to correlate against. This is the only decision in the whole transaction with permanent consequences.
The practical conclusion
If the purchase is something you would be relaxed about appearing in a permanent public record, any of the four works and you can choose on speed and convenience. If it is not, there is one option, and the extra effort of acquiring it is the price of the difference.
